Abstract:With the increasingly sustainable development of the global economy, carbon emis⁃ sion reduction has been regarded as an important strategic task for Chinese long-term develop⁃ ment. If Chinese enterprises endeavor to carry out low-carbon innovation and promote sustain⁃ able development, they must actively fulfill their responsibilities in environmental protection to respond to the government's low-carbon call. At the same time, it is necessary to enhance the in⁃ teraction ability of enterprises' innovation resources, constantly update and integrate innovation resources, adjust and adapt to the dynamic environment, and promote the sustainable innovation and development of enterprises. Therefore, in the context of "carbon peaking and carbon neutral⁃ ity", corporate low-carbon innovation has the win-win characteristics of achieving economic benefits and environmental protection. Clarifying the relationship and mechanism between corpo⁃ rate social responsibility, innovation resource interaction, and corporate low-carbon innovation performance is conducive to a deeper understanding of the mechanism of corporate social respon⁃ sibility and innovation resource interaction in corporate low-carbon innovation, and is conducive to promoting sustainable development of enterprises and achieving dual carbon goals. Based on a review of relevant research results on corporate social responsibility, innovation resource interaction, and low-carbon innovation performance, and based on stakeholder theory, social exchange theory, and resource-based theory, this paper constructs a theoretical model of corporate social responsibility, innovation resource interaction, and low-carbon innovation per⁃ formance by taking innovation resource interaction as an intermediary variable between corpo⁃ rate social responsibility and low-carbon innovation performance, through empirical analysis of the internal mechanism of corporate social responsibility affecting low-carbon innovation perfor⁃ mance. This study collected 290 sample data through a questionnaire survey and conducted em⁃ pirical testing on them. First, SPSS and Mplus were used to conduct common method bias tests, reliability and validity tests, descriptive statistics, and correlation analysis on the data to ensure the reliability of the data. Then, SPSS was used to conduct main effect tests and intermediary tests, and the Process plug-in was used to conduct intermediary effect analysis; Finally, summa⁃ rize the conclusions and propose corresponding suggestions from the government and enterprise levels. The research finds that corporate social responsibility has a significant positive impact on its low-carbon innovation performance; Corporate social responsibility positively affects innova⁃ tion resource interaction, which plays a partial mediating role in the relationship between corpo⁃ rate social responsibility and low-carbon innovation performance. This study enriches the re⁃ search perspective of the low carbon innovation performance of enterprises. The research results can guide for government agencies to formulate low-carbon innovation policies and improve vari⁃ ous service mechanisms, and also contribute to achieving China's "carbon peaking and carbon neutrality" goal and promoting sustainable economic development.
